"Rewards Came Through So Fast!"
I was way more excited than I probably should’ve been when the rewards showed up so quickly. I used them on my order and saved a little money, which instantly made me feel like I’d won the lottery or something. Super easy and definitely a nice little bonus!

"Cute budget finds if you’re patient"
I ordered a few basics and a couple of dresses, mostly just to see if the stuff was worth it for the price. i’d say it’s decent. A few of the fabrics were a little thinner than I expected, but most of the pieces looked really close to the photos, which was a nice surprise. Shipping did take a bit longer than I hoped, but for cheap outfits that I can mix into my closet, I still think it was worth it

"Tracking was actually spot on"
I ordered from Shein and I was a little nervous about the delivery updates, but this time the tracking was really good. It showed when my parcel left, when it reached my country, and when it was out for delivery. The estimated date was pretty much right too because it arrived the same day it said it would. I kept checking and everything matched up with what was actually happening, so it was a stress-free order for me. 5 stars

The product itself was okay, but... the box was ripped when it showed up. Not a huge deal, I guess, but it definitely didn’t look great when it arrived.

"Cute styles and easy outfit finds"
I’ve had a good experience browsing Shein because the styles are genuinely cute and easy to shop through. I bought one outfit that looked way nicer in person than I expected, it made me feel like a lot of their clothes probably give that same “looks more expensive than it is” vibe.

What I like most is that the designs don’t all feel like the same basic tops you see everywhere. There are dresses, co-ords, casual pieces, going-out outfits, and holiday stuff, so it’s easy to find something for whatever you need.

The extra photos are also really helpful because they make it easier to picture how things might actually look. Overall, I’m happy with the style and variety, and based on what I’ve tried, I’d say it’s a good place to find cute outfits without spending too much.

"It finally arrived, but way later than promised"
The item did eventually show up, but it took absolutely ages. I was told it would arrive much sooner, so it was frustrating waiting around after those delivery promises weren’t kept. Glad it got here in the end, but the whole experience was disappointing.

"Looked better in the photos"
I’ve ordered from Shein a few times, the clothes usually look way nicer in the pictures than they do in person. The colors were a little different when they arrived, and the fabric felt cheaper than I expected. I also found it hard to figure out the fit from the sizing photos, so that was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I was a little disappointed overall.

I had an issue with my order, which was a bit disappointing. Support did reply faster than I expected, but I still had to follow up once before it actually got sorted out. In the end, they fixed it and everything was fine, but I wish the whole thing had gone a little smoother.

"Nice look, but the stitching didn’t hold up"
It looked really nice at first, but the seams started coming loose quickly. Kind of disappointing, especially because it feels like a preventable issue if the stitching had been done better.

I ordered a top because the photos made it look thicker and more fitted, but when it arrived it was really thin and much looser than expected. The color also wasn’t quite the same as what was shown online. Shipping was okay, but the description definitely made the top seem nicer than it actually was. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start shopping somewhere else.

"Totally Fine, Except Not Really"
I’m trying to stay calm about it, but the quality was disappointing. The shirt had holes after just one wash, and the jeans felt really cheap right out of the package. So yeah, not exactly thrilled, and I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

"Good for the budget"
I usually shop on Shein because the prices are really low. Some of the stuff is better than other pieces, so it can be a bit hit or miss, but for a money it’s decent. The shipping does take little while sometimes, so I’d take off one star for that. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re trying to save and still get some cute things.

"pretty easy returns"
i had to send back a couple things that didn’t fit, and it was easier than i thought it would be. the app walked me through the steps clearly, and getting the return label was simple. the refund took a few days, but it wasn’t a big deal. overall, it was a smooth return process...

"Decent app, but a bit frustrating"
The SHEIN app works fine most of the time, but the filters can be confusing. I’ll try to narrow something down and then—actually, it just feels like it doesn’t always make shopping easier. Some pages load slowly too, and the website feels kind of cluttered. It’s not terrible, just a little annoying to use sometimes.

"Good deals, kinda confusing promos"
I mostly shop on SHEIN when there’s a coupon or free shipping. The points and codes help. I usually end up paying less than what my cart first shows. Some promos are confusing though. And they expire fast. Still, for cheap clothes and sale stuff, it’s good.

There are definitely things I like about it, and I can see why people find it useful. It works well for the most part and has some solid features. That said, I can’t fully ignore the ethical side of things. Some of the choices behind how it’s used or handled make me a bit uneasy, so while I appreciate the benefits, I still have some reservations.
